When we hire teachers we are always looking for people who are dedicated to teaching. They must not only know dance, but they must be able to teach our students and encourage them to grow. Teaching effectively is an art. Just talent alone is not enough. A good teacher attracts and keeps students by engaging their interest and motivating them to improve.
